Delicious food, kind and considerate service, and a lovely atmosphere. Turns out the restaurant that the owner used to run in Ottawa was one of my mums favourites back in the 90’s, and so the quality is clearly consistent. I can’t wait until I can come back.

Touch of India is a staple in the downtown St.Catharines area. They have been here since 1993! The place is extremely clean and the food was authentic and delicious. We were pleased to speak with the friendly owner and are looking forward to going back and trying more. It’s clear he really cares and is passionate about his restaurant! The food is extremely reasonably priced for the portions! Thank you for the great food and service!

I'm wondering why the bad reviews from some people, not sure if it's because they only have eaten takeout or a different cook? All I know is ive been here many times now over last couple years including multiple times over a 20 year span. If tge owner is there you most definitely will get great food accompanied by great service. He's great all around. Always clean , nice atmosphere and myself and my wife and a couple friends of mine are going there regularly now. Only thing that's ever been wrong in all honestly was last time we were there the onion something was a bit overcooked( owner was not there). Oh a little advice as I seen a couple people complaining its to spicy hot, they always ask if you want hot or not, the hot sauce is extremely spicy hot so beware . The number 2!! If you can't choose yourself. Thank me later.

It was the best Indian food I’ve ever had!!! Everything was delicious! The soup and the chicken masala were very flavorful and the naan bread was nice and fluffy. I enjoyed my dinner at this place so much I’m definitely going to come back

We just moved to St Catharines and we’re looking for an authentic Indian restaurant...not only did we find great food and great service but also wonderful owners who appreciate their customers. This will be our go to Indian restaurant every time. Can’t wait to try more dishes!

I went to Taste of India with my friends for Eid, and it was an amazing experience! The customer service was outstanding— He was so welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious, full of rich flavors and perfectly and freshly cooked. From the appetizers to the main dishes, everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect place to celebrate, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

The best restaurant experience I’ve ever had in St. Catharines! The man who greeted and served us was so kind and made the experience very enjoyable! The food was amazing!!! Everyone who wants delicious Indian food should come here! Everything is made fresh to order!
